Module 1 - Afro Flow Yoga® Foundations Learning Intensive

Prerequisites: None, open to all students!

Learn the story, vision and mission of Afro Flow Yoga®
Learn the History of Ancient Africa & Yoga
Learn the History and Cultures of the African Diaspora in Dance, Music & Ritual: Inheritances and Legacies
Reflect on your personal story through Self-Awareness
Explore the practice of Self-Discipline & Spiritual Development and the Eight Limbs of Yoga
Connect to the Elements of Nature & Energy Systems
Discuss Community & Collective Healing

TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM: Upon the completion of AFY Foundations, If you are interested in the AFY Teacher Training program, please indicate which training schedule you prefer.

Complete all 4 modules over the course of 6 months - 1 year Complete all 4 modules over the course of 1-2 years Complete a week long Intensive combining modules 2 & 3 Complete 2 weekend long Intensives with separate modules 1 & 2
